Critically looking at Art was always required for its evaluation. Critics notoriously disrespected the first exhibition of impressionists. Since then, little has changed. Critics usually bust or ignore someone little known to them who arrives with something new. Only the psychological strength of the artists permits them to survive criticism and establish themselves despite imminent critical attacks. Anything could be Art.
