Will National governments last in the world unified by the Internet, Corporations, Trade, and Wisdom of Global Education? One cannot become German in Russia, or American in the Ivory Coast, but one definitely can learn the German and English languages and scientifically acquire all the technologies necessary to keep life on a similarly high level.
