Social status and income level usually make people enemies

All parts of the world and all countries are nearly equally ancient and historical, with Africa leading the records of archeology of human evolution. Countries of Europe have been historically leading in culture and technology. Now, everything changes, and international education brings quick equations in leadership. Having wealthy technocratic countries as neighbors is dangerous for anyone, halting development. We have too many open conflicts in the world. Military Industries always appear to lobby for the escalation of disputes. How can we avert wars while keeping everyone satisfied? Can weapons be made safe and ethical, and their impact be correctional and re-educational instead of destructive?

If somebody in Russia hates Europeans it is because of money and self-esteem. Europeans are many times wealthier on average. However, the current state of technological development and overproduction of goods made Europe stagnant, while new goods, such as android robots, solar panels electric cars, and prefabricated luxury housing will be equally successfully produced by both regions. And unemployment in post-industrial society will arrive. People will be just learning in universities to achieve Universal Complete Education and doing hobbies and exercising sports. Unless we ruin the planet by nuclear disaster. Which is unlikely...
