Democracy vs. Scientocracy

If someone asked me who I prefer to see as American President, I'd answer that I would prefer to see no cult of personality atop our great country. I would prefer to see the Scientific Committee regulating and governing our great land. Why something like governance be performed by constantly elected and reelected, often quite corrupt officials, while the same officials could be simply well-educated and hired for positions based on their educational achievements, math scores, and IQ tests. Do you know how easy is to create a following for nearly anyone if mass media channels start to promote them? I see electoral Democracy as outdated. I see that it is wrong to permit to govern based on popularity instead of based on knowledge and educational achievements. My vote is Scientocracy. God bless America!
